Book a fit call See what you get

Most founders are quoted three months and $50k+ for a v1 — or told to find a technical cofounder and give up half the company. There's a better trade: keep 100% of your equity and be in front of real users this month.

A · What you get

Everything a real product needs.

A live product, not a prototype

Deployed on your domain with real authentication, payments, and an admin panel — ready for actual customers, not a demo.

Your code, your IP

A private repo in your GitHub account from day one. You own everything outright — no lock-in, no licensing, no equity.

Design included

A product design system and a marketing landing page that match — not a default template with your logo dropped in.

Docs, telemetry, and a roadmap

Analytics wired in, a runbook for operating the product, and a prioritized backlog for what to build next.

B · The 14 days

From fit call to coda.

Days 1–2

Scope lock

One persona, one core workflow, a written spec you approve. Ruthless cuts now are why day 14 is a launch, not a status update.

Days 3–10

Build

Senior, AI-accelerated engineering with working demos along the way — you watch the product take shape, not a ticket board.

Days 11–13

Harden

Tests, edge cases, payments verified end-to-end, production deploy on your infrastructure.

Day 14

Launch + handoff

Live product, full code handoff, runbook, and a 30-day backlog. Keep building with us or take it from here — your call.

C · Proof

We run this playbook on our own products.

CodaMind isn't just a services shop — we build and operate our own software, including Mickey Alerts, a subscription product with real paying customers, and a portfolio of vertical SaaS platforms for field-service businesses. Every one was designed, built, and launched on the same sprint playbook we'll use for you.

D · Questions

Asked before every sprint.

What can actually get built in 14 days?+

One core workflow, done properly: sign-up and auth, the thing your product does, payments, and an admin view. That's what an MVP is — the smallest product a customer would pay for. Bigger scope is fine; it becomes a second sprint, not a vague timeline.

What's the stack?+

TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL by default, deployed to production-grade hosting. .NET where it's the better fit, and React Native/Expo when the MVP needs a mobile app. You're never locked into anything proprietary.

Who owns the code?+

You do, 100%, from the first commit. The repo lives in your GitHub account and every account (hosting, payments, analytics) is opened in your name.

Why not just find a technical cofounder?+

Cofounder searches take months and cost 30–50% of your company — before you know if the idea works. A sprint costs a fixed fee, ships this month, and you keep all your equity. If the MVP proves out, you can still hire or partner later, from a position of strength.

How can it be this fast?+

25+ years of senior engineering experience, multiplied by modern AI-assisted development — and a scope process that cuts everything that isn't the core loop. We've shipped our own products this way; visit the products page and click around them.

What happens after launch?+

Your choice: take the handoff and run, or keep us on for iteration at a flat monthly rate. Either way you get the runbook, docs, and backlog — there's no dependency on us by design.
